Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Arena Zero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game. These terms apply to all users of Arena Zero, including players, beta testers, and community members.
License to Use
Pykez UG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Arena Zero for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code. You may not use Arena Zero for any illegal purpose.
Arena Zero is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.
Competitive Integrity
To maintain fair play, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Using third-party software that modifies game behavior
- Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics
- Smurfing (playing on alternate accounts to manipulate rankings)
- Match-throwing, griefing, or intentional deranking
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive communication
- Sharing accounts or letting others play on your account
Violations may result in warnings, rank resets, temporary bans, or permanent account termination without refund.
Anti-Cheat
Arena Zero uses automated anti-cheat systems. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to having anti-cheat software active during gameplay. This software may collect technical data to detect unauthorized modifications. It does not access your personal files outside the game directory.
Intellectual Property
All Arena Zero content — including but not limited to weapons, maps, characters, sounds, music, and logos — is owned by Pykez UG. You may not create derivative works, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of Arena Zero without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create within the game (e.g., custom configurations, clan tags). By posting or sharing content in community spaces, you grant Pykez UG a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
User-Generated Content
We are not responsible for content you share with other players, including through voice chat, text chat, or community features. You must not share content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and block users who violate these rules.
Virtual Items and Currency
Any virtual items, cosmetics, or in-game currency have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users outside the game's systems. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Arena Zero at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your license to use Arena Zero immediately ceases.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pykez UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Arena Zero. Our total liability shall not exceed €100.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bad Hersfeld, Germany.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Arena Zero website, in-game news, and our Discord server. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
